Options (File Layout/Query Setup) Tab¶

The Options tab (alternatively File Layout/Query Setup) contains controls for the transform which are not transaction and field specific.

The controls change depending on the transform being configured.

Example

The Connector transforms each have settings to specify the input configuration.
The Filter transform has an Option tab that can only change the Transform Id.
For Reader transforms, the File Layout tab records the path to the import file's location, and settings specific to the reader being used.

Transform > Options Tab¶

The transform Id is the unique identification for the transform.

The transform Id appears on the Audit Report so it is useful to set this as something the end-users will recognise.

Provides a means to record any specific logic or details in the processing.

This description appears as a tooltip when hovering over the transform's icon within the designer, to help with easy identification for users.

When more than one output, the Priority order needs to be set here.
