Hello,

I am getting this error at the sage 300 connector: "You have reached the maximum number of concurrent users for your LanPak License"

It was working and just stop. I can log into Accpac just fine with the user I am using in the system connector. Any help on this would be great. I am attaching screen shots of the error and current users at the time of the issue..

Thank you.

Hi John,

Is this an intermittent issue or do you get it every time?

Well, seeing that as of now I am not getting the error I would say it was intermittent . However, when I got that error I was unable to create, edit or run any jobs for a few days.

Thanks again.

Thanks John, an intermittent issue suggests that there are no licenses available when the job runs. There are other issues that can cause this error but I would expect them to be permanently present.

Hello,

This problem started again this morning, once again I confirmed there were available lanpaks. What "other" issues could cause this problem?

Thank you.

One more thing. Apparently this issue only occurs while stepping through the job at the sage 300 connector. It was still able to import orders into Accpac. But I cannot make modifications to the sage connector transform.

Thanks again.

Where is your Sage300 shared data?

Please check the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ACCPAC International, Inc.\ACCPAC\Configuration\SharedData
