Which version is this?
What is the latest update/progress on this and what version is both current and when this "known issue" was resolved?
How many others are affected by this and what have they done to resolve?
Where and how to download the latest software/patch . . . as the default download screen is for the trial software, no?
This issue has been patched in the latest release (3.2)
The default download screen is the place to get the new version.

We are trying to track down and resolve a problem that we occasionally see with some jobs failing to release their semaphore lock. A job will usually run fine but sometimes stops in the middle for no apparent reason. No further processing is logged but the job remains locked by IMan, so subsequent attempts to run the job fail with the “semaphore lock” error. (These jobs have Maximum Concurrent Instances set to 1.)
This problem is limited to a few jobs. We see nothing special about those jobs. Other jobs do not have the problem.
Please help us track down and resolve this problem.
