Global Options

The Global Options setup page provide the capability to define global user authentication polices.

Important

Any changes in the policies require the Authorisation service to be restarted.

Enforce MFA

When enabled all users will be required to register a one-time password generator such as Google or Microsoft Authenticators OR password managers such as 1password also provide this capability.

Minimum Password Length

The minimum password length.

Password Rotation

When enabled will force all users to rotate their passwords.

Password Expiration (Days)

When password rotation is enabled, this specifies the number of days passwords must be rotated.
