Ok, something is bogus with the CRM Connector (or the person using the connector). We've not upgraded or changed any environment variables, but suddenly there are issues with a CRM Connector in my IMAN job that is meant to create a CRM task. The errors indicate that the entity is invalid. Currently it's failing, and when I tried to re-add the connector, I do not see "Communication" as a valid entity in the selection list. Not sure, maybe I'm missing something here. Advice would be welcome. Thanks!
