This has become a very frustrating error, I have tried everything I can think of to get this to work but I still get the same error. I have attached a screenshot to show the fields I am feeding into Sage 300, in this screenshot I have even added a 'qtycommited' field with a value of 0 to eliminate any doubt of positive values getting added to this field. As you can see I am feeding very little to Sage 300 line details, we are not creating anys shipments in the integration simply an active Sales order with a prepayment (I have tried disabling prepayments but has no effect). I have tried adding a line item which has zero inventory to a preexisting Iman sales order from the Sage 300 OE and it works fine as does a new active order from the Sage 300 OE with a negative inventory item. This leads me to believe Iman must be causing the error somehow in this scenario, do you have any suggestions or other methods I can try to get this to work?

This could be one of two things:
- Can you send a screenshot of the field mapping page? We need to all the fields mapped on the order header.
- Do you have 'Allow Inventory at All Locations' (I/C Options, Processing Tab) turned on or off. If it's turned off, we have an outstanding bug which will cause this error where there isn't an I/C Location record. This will be fixed in a future release, but a work around is to either create the records manually or with IMan.
I have attached the mappings to this post, with regards to your other question we have that setting turned on so we should not be affected by that bug.

I have found the cause of the issue, the products that were affected are products that have no location assignment in ICILOC and were mass imported without a stock location.Thanks for you help.
Browndog, thanks for the confirmation.
We had thought this issue only applied to items with no locations records where 'Allow Inventory at All Locations' was turned off.
We will be fixing this as part of forthcoming version.

Hi,
We have set Sage 300 to not allow negative inventory, when placing a sales order for an out of stock product via the Sage 300 order entry there is no error message however when placed by Iman the following error is received, all we are doing is creating a sales order and prepayment with Iman. How can this be corrected?
