Session could not be opened (4 replies)
Browndog, is there any other error message?
This is from the Iman error log, please advise if there are other logs I could look at. Windows application and system logs show nothing.

Browndog, we don't have much control over logon process to Sage300 - it's a black box!
we've had several of these types of problems (one was particularly irksome), and have found that there are usually issues with the Sage300 installation.
The causes are typically one of the following:
- Multiple path statements pointing to the same or different \Sage300\Runtime folders.
- Sage300 Product Updates haven't been consistently installed (especially on server IMan is running).
- Network Issues - Yes...we've seen a flaky network card cause this type of problem as the UNC path to the shared data has temporarily dropped out.
- General Sage300 Install Issues - Caused by upgrading over existing versions. We've found it is better to uninstall and reinstall.
We've also found this little utility which does a pretty decent job of checking a Sage300 install (it's not 100% perfect as it won't find all faults, but it's a start).

Hi,
We are experiencing session issues quite often and this causes integrations that are interacting with Sage 300 to fail with the below error. I have tried restarting the Sage 300 and Iman services but this does not correct the issue, the only way we have found we can correct this issue is with a server restart.
Server 2008 R2
Iman
Config Version: 3.21
DB Version: 3.12
Assembly Versions:
Please can you advise if there is a workaround or this issue is being addressed?
