Sage 300 Order Import with no detail lines (1 reply)
D Dunn, there are two ways to diagnose this:
- If you know the Sales Order you can run IMan from the command line. https://www.realisable.co.uk/support/Documentation/iman-user-guide/Scheduling/CommandLine.htm?Highlight=command Since this is executing in the same security context as RVSpy you can run RVSpy. If this is 4.1 you will need to alter the command path to: C:\Program Files(x86)\Realisable Software\IMan\Web\bin
- You can also enable tracing on the connector.
Open \IMan\config\appconfig.xml
Change the ACCPACTRACE (& possibly the Magento trace) to True and run the import.
These will output traces to the \IMan\Debug directories.
Hi Support,
Have a transaction coming from Magento and going into a Sales Order. The header is saved but no detail lines, nor is the payment information is sent to a receipt batch.
I turned on the debug option but it doesn’t give me any results. There are other orders that do make it into Sage without any problems.
How can I diagnose where the issue is? rvSpy doesn’t catch the actions from IMan.
