Sage 300 error "Unable to open PO.INI" (5 replies)
FYI, bouncing the server fixed it, but I hate that solution.

We are aware of the error. Is the CRM integration running?
I didn't check on it when the error was there. We have had issues on this server with CRM stopping, but an IISRESET always fixed it.
Dammit! The jobs have been running fine every 1/2 hour for two days, then this error starts up again.
I reset the Realisable services, did an IISRESET, and restarted Sage ERP DotNet and Sage ERP Tomcat.
Oh, wait, I think I found something. Instead of stop/starting all the services, I did stop/stop/stop then start/start/start, and now my orders are downloading. Whew!!! This is not a server I can bounce at midday.

All of a sudden today I'm getting this error:
The Accpac data import incurred an unrecoverable error and is quitting. [Accpac API Error 2001 - Internal error. unable to open PO ini file. (12567 OEORDH1.C). 2001 - Error occurred when opening view OE0520.]
The only thing I've done to Iman today is change the schedule times from 15 minutes to 30 minutes per job run.
I've reset all the Realisable services, and reset the login and password to the Sage 300 connector. And IISRESET. I'd rather not reboot the server, there are lots of users logged in.
Any ideas?
