I/C Adjustments & Average Stock Price (4 replies)
Sean, IMan uses the Sage300 API/views, so whatever Sage300, IMan will do (for 99% of cases).
So, if Sage300 sets the Average Stock Price (and I cannot be sure), then IMan will also.
My suggestion would be to try it out...if you're testing on a live company, set the Status of Adjustment to 1 so that it doesn't post.
Thanks
Ok, I can confirm that I/C Adjustments if you leave out the Average Stock Price, accpac will Auto fill this value in. Where we're now experiencing an issue is with setting our own transaction ID. Accpac / Sage 300 seems to default to ADJ##### where we need to use a special sequence for automated adjustments.
Is there anyway you can think of for us to correctly set what I think is considered the Adjustment Number in IMan? In Accpac tables it's listed as DOCNUM
Sean, the current version of IMan doesn't allow you to specify the Adjustment number.

During the IC adjustment Task that IMan does, what are the fields required in there? Do we have to set the current Average Stock Price or will it grab that automatically from Day end to adjust the value of on hand inventory?
