Support,
We had a set of syncs running for a particular client where IMan was running as a particular local user who was a domain user, and a local admin. Due to an expiring password policy, we had to switch the user IMan was running under. After switching the user (who was also a domain user and a local admin) we ran into an error when attempting to connect to Sage: "Error - Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {13898C04-C674-4B4E-B5C0-D78AF3E566CA} failed due to the following error: 80070005."
Additional notes: Sage files were local, but the DB is not.
