Despatching Orders in IMan version 4 (3 replies)

I am using Sage 200 2016 Extra and Iman version 4 (Realisable.IManWebUI.DLL 4.0.0.0, Product Update PU1, Config Version 4.04, DB Version 4.01).

I am getting an error when I try to despatch orders advising that there is nothing to despatch. However, I have upto 100 units allocated on the order available for despatch and wondering why I cannot despatch the order through the connector.

The stack error is showing:

2018-10-01 16:04:26:901 - Realisable.Connectors45.Sage200.Sage200ImportException: A Despatch/Return Document could not be generated for [0000088101] as there are no transactions to despatch or return.

at Realisable.Data.Transform.TransformSystemConnector.Process()
at Realisable.Data.Transform.TransformControllerInterop.Process()

At header level, I am mapping Order number,Despatch Receipt Number and DoDespatches; at line level, I am mapping Stock Item, Quantity and Line Match Method. Line Match Method is set to 1.

Please can you advise me what I need to do to get the orders to despatch. Is there a more detailed error file that I can generate and if so, how?

David, this would look to be correct; just to be sure please ensure the mapping as follows.

DoDespatches - True

OrderReturnNo - The order number.

Also check that you're able to despatch the order from within Sage. I.e. Open the screen, enter the order number and ensure that you can despatch it.

Thanks

The sales orders wouldn't despatch in Sage. I subsequently learnt that the customer has sales order acknowledgements switched on. I think I need to incorporate another Sage 200 connector instance, this time to acknowledge any sales orders created by IMan. Would I do it as follows:

Step 1 : After order creation instance of Sage 200 Connector, add filters for successful and failed imports.

Step 2 : On the successfully imported branch, add Sage 200 connector instance to acknowledge orders

David, thanks for the reply.

I had thought it was something along those lines.

To answer your query, yes, you would do that.
