Unable to license 3.2 (4 replies)
I am unable to license a previously-licensed version of IMan.
When I go into the Admin Console, hit "License Info", enter my info and hit "Activate" I am greeted with a screen where half of the text is gone, and "Try" is greyed out. I'm not sure what to do next.
What are you trying to do?
The issue indicates that you've entered a character incorrectly into the Serial Number field.
It turned out to be an incorrectly entered license key, but that popup window could still use some clean up and let the user know the reason for the Try button being greyed out.
As per the original request, I was trying to license IMan.

I can't be the first person to ever reach that screen and be confused by it.

What happens is the license screen attempts to take you into the extend/trial mode screen.
