Sue, if the version is not v3.2 then you need to put in a full URL i.e.
http://gresscoiman/iman/Design/DesignPage.aspx
This is because there is no default redirect for v3.0 or earlier versions.
In v3.2 we added a default redirect so you can enter just the base url (http://server/IMan)

Hi, Guys,
I have an iman server set up at a client and it's been working great for about a year. I believe they are still on the old 3.0 version. I finally got to the point where I want a user to be able to access iman from their machine. Iman works great on the server when using the path http://localhost/iman/ but as soon as I try to use the server name or ip of the server instead I get a 500.19 error - typically after I login. So my path is http://gresscoiman/iman and I get the login screen, I login and then I get a 500.19 error. I went back through all the setup documentation and verified the prerequisites and rights. I get the same 500.19 error if I try the path with the server ip instead of "gresscoiman"...
Um... help?
