I have installed v4 Iman for a client, followed everything in the quick start guide. Iman will run for a certain amount of time and then all of a sudden everything freezes up and when I go to logoff of Iman, I get the 500.19 error. I am in the process of writing jobs, I don't have anything scheduled yet. I've verified that my windows user has permission in the administration console. What else do I need to check?

This is for the client expecting 20,000 Shopify orders at the end of March, so I would dearly appreciate some quick feedback on this one. thanks!

I've attached my errors.txt.

Sue, can you check the event log?

I should probably know how to do that by now, but I don't. How do I do that? =)

Search Windows for Event Viewer; then go Application Event Log.

Then look for any events which have occurred around the time of the lockup.

Thanks! So the warning in the events viewer at that time said: The configuration information of the performance library "perf-ReportServer$SQLEXPRESS-rsctr13.2.5026.0.dll" for the "ReportServer$SQLEXPRESS" service does not match the trusted performance library information stored in the registry. The functions in this library will not be treated as trusted. (see perflib warning attached) I got the same warning about an hour later.

Then an hour after that, I got an error instead of a warning that said: The configuration information of the performance library "perf-ReportServer$SQLEXPRESS-rsctr13.2.5026.0.dll" for the "ReportServer$SQLEXPRESS" service does not match the trusted performance library information stored in the registry. The functions in this library will not be treated as trusted. (see perflib error attached)

Does that help in some way?

Okay, this is solved. I had a similar error when I would run a specific job that would read Shopify orders from a website. The first time I ran the job it would throw a 500 error. The second time it would run fine. I discovered that the 500 / 500.19 error coincided with a warning in the event viewer that said the defaultapplicationpool timed out because it was not being used. So, I changed the timeout on both the default app pool and the iman app pool to 0. This seemed to fix the issue.
