Fresh 4.2 PU5 - Adding anything to Palette breaks IMan (2 replies)
Looking at the EventViewer I see the following entry:

You likely have multiple bindings to the same server.

Just installed a fresh copy of the most recent version (4.2 PU5), and I've found that adding ANYTHING to the Palette will cause IMan to crash with an "Unknown server error."
Looking at Errors.txt I see that the following line was added as the Design Page was loading:
