Turn off Popup blocker.
You will see in the address bar of the URL a little red symbol.

This feels like an environment issue rather than an IMan issue but here goes ...
OS is Windows Server 2019, just upgraded from IMan 4.1 PU2 to 4.1 PU5.
Everything is OK but I can't open any transform on the design palette for any integration job. Double clicking shows the dots going round as if it's going to open, but it doesn't. This happens on Chrome and Edge Chromium. It works using IE.
IE was already on the server. Chrome and Edge were installed recently.
