This client just went live on v4.0 PU1 on Sunday and we have an Iman job that runs about every 10 minutes. We've gotten the following error Sunday at 4:13 am, Monday at 3 something pm, and today at 2 pm. So about once every 24 hours, but not at the same time... It fails specifically on the Sage print order confirmation step.

Okay, this issue is occurring at least twice a day now - still intermittently. It's not stopping the picking slips from printing, but the client would dearly love me to fix the error message. Any thoughts on what this is? Thanks!

Any news on this? We are still getting this quite often... Can you please tell me what it is?

We've tried replicating the issue.

Could there be a scenario where multiple instances of the same integration are running at the same time/trying to print the same report?

Thanks

According to the client, this iman job runs every 10 minutes and the client believes that we get this error when the job takes longer than 10 minutes to run. We do have the maximum concurrent jobs set to 1 on this iman job.

Never mind - the client looked into it further and has determined that this is not a result of the job running longer than the allotted 10 minutes. It looks like the job is running within 3-4 minutes at most, so there is plenty of time between job run instances. (He's going to continue to monitor and see if there is a pattern.) Sorry!
