Flatten Transform: [RECORD[@id='rgjlzcrk']] could not be found in document. (2 replies)
Arline, try this:
- Add the Flatten transform.
- Change the Flatten ID drop (if it needs changing).
- Press Refresh.
- Then change the Transform ID (don't do this before pressing refresh).
Thank you- when I did it in that order IMAN did not complain.
Looking for help here. Not sure why this flatten transform is failing me.
I am trying to flatten a simple hierarchy with 2 levels: 1. Customer 2. Orders for that Customer.
I want to update optional fields at the order level in Sage. I first tried to just map the 'Child' records of 'Orders' to the Sage 300 connector, and though the connector reported success, the order optional fields in Sage were not updated.
So I thought maybe there was an issue since I wasn't mapping the 'parent' level of the hierarchy (Customers) to anything in Sage.
I tried to introduce a flatten transform to flatten out the records and just get one row per Order.
The parent level of the hierarchy was named by IMAN as rgjlzrck. That is the 'Customer' level.
The child level of the hierarchy is 'Orders.'
I have added & removed the Flatten transform a few times but keep getting the same results.
When I just click 'refresh' to view the results of the Flatten transform where rgjlzrck is selected as the top row I get this error:
[RECORD[@id='rgjlzcrk']] could not be found in document.
If I close & re-open the transform I get:
Error whilst loading transform definition.
Error - Record [rgjlzcrk] is invalid.
How could this be, as [rgjlzcrk] is the IMAN-assigned name for the parent?
Parent/Child screenshot is attached- this is the map transform that precedes the Filter transform that I'm having issues with.
