Error 1001 upon trying to uninstall (goal is to update IMan) (1 reply)
It looks like the error message is referring to the application pool in IIS. Try resetting IIS and removing the IMan application pool via IIS. Otherwise, if the IMan program folders are gone and the services are gone then you should be able to upgrade.
Be sure to backup your IMan database, first.
Oh great. So in order to fix a bug, I was told to upgrade IMan. I'm looking for help because upon the uninstall, I got this error (Error 1001) and am not sure what to do in order to fully uninstall the program. There are no KB articles on this that I can find and I haven't heard from support.
Can anyone help? How do I fully uninstall? Or-- should I just try to install the new media on top of this?
I've rebooted & re-attempted to do the uninstall but am getting the same results.
:/
