Each touchpoint has been carefully crafted to smooth out the shortcomings of the touchpoint making the mapping process easier and more intuitive. Additional logic has been added to a number of the integration points to support functionality such as prepayments on orders/shipments/invoices; serial & lot numbers on inventory counts; or advanced handling additional costs on P/O receipts

  • All integration is made through the Acumatica REST API ensuring data is validated and all business logic maintained.
  • Entities and entity relationships are dynamically discovered. New entities and changes to existing entities are automatically discovered so they can be queried to written/posted to
  • Custom Fields and Attributes are dynamically discovered so they can be queried or updated.
  • Ability to query both native object/entities OR through custom inquiries. Queries can be parameterised and filtered with either a static filter or through a parameterised one from an incoming dataset
  • Lookup functions provide the ability to query any Acumatica entity or a generic inquiry – allowing you to pre-validate data, make decisions, translate data and build complex integration logic
  • Support for multi-entities/branches – the ability target different branches dynamically by the branch id.
  • Key transactional data (order & document numbers, ids & entry numbers) are captured at time of processing and can used for detailed audit reporting and/or written back to the IMan dataset to facilitate complex transactional processing
