Opportunity & Quote Export

SageCRM Opportunity & Quote Export (SAMSAGECRMEX)

This integration extracts Opportunities and Quotes from SageCRM. It demonstrates the SageCRM Reader transform, which uses SData.

The flow of the integration:

3. Write

Read Transform

The SageCRM Reader transform extracts data from SageCRM and keeps the hierarchy between the records intact.

1. The Top Level Entity drop-down sets the entity at the top of the resulting dataset. In this job it is set to Opportunity.
2. The filter statement limits the dataset. It uses a SQL-like language and works like the WHERE clause of a SQL statement.

1. On the Field Mapping tab you can deselect fields to leave them out of the dataset.
2. Press Refresh to generate the dataset. The result is hierarchical. Click the + icons on the left-hand side of the grid to view the child records.

Map Transform

In this job the Map transform adds a new field, RecType, to each record. The field holds a different integer value on each record.

Write Transform

The write transform exports the dataset to an Excel file.
