Hey Raoul, nice to see you here...didn't think software was much your scene!

The biggest issue we faced was surrounding authentication and the different v6 and v7 users.

To answer:

a. Ensure your webservice pool is started and working. We found you sometimes need to play with this.

b. Webservices works with v6 users. So you may find, after getting the webservice pool to connect, you still end up with a username/password error. Ensure you login to X3 as the user, set the password through the v7 user setup; then set the V6 password also by going Usage, Users, Password Change.
