Arline, what is the value you're trying to update to CRM?
Thanks guys, the value I'm trying to update to CRM is 'RFTECActive200Charger' in the field dqpr_productdesc.
By chance is it the only value that is longer than 20 characters?
Thanks for checking but no, I just tested and I can successfully insert a product record with a value that's longer than 20 characters.

Hi all,
Looking for a little advice on this. I'm importing a daily list of registered products from a CSV sheet to Sage CRM, mapping to person & product entities. On one of my CSV rows, it says the selection list value is invalid, but I can see the selection list value both in the Sage CRM customization area and, if I manually create the product record in CRM using the selection list, the database value looks to match what's in the CSV.
What might be the issue? It doesn't happen with other products but I'm not sure what's up with this particular one. There are no spaces in the CSV or the CRM value.
Screenshots included...troubleshooting advice is welcomed.
