Looking for advice on inserting a record to a Sage CRM custom entity and having that inserted record be part of an existing workflow that is active in the UI. I do see an option to assign a value to "dat_workflowId" but it's not clear to me what value should be there. Querying the existing values shows that each new record inserted to the entity is assigned an incrementally higher workflow id. Is it recommended to have a lookup that gets the Max(dat_workflowid) from CRM, and inserts the next highest number for my inserted record? That seems slightly risky if IMAN is trying to insert a record at the same time as a user.

Suggestions on how to do this?
