Access Violation on CRM transform after applying CRM patch (3 replies)

The problem was due to a record in the custom_tables table that had bord_webservices = ‘Y’ but the bord_deleted = 1. As soon as I updated that entry to bord_webservices to NULL and recycled the app pool, I could then browse to http://localhost/meritcrm/eware.dll/webservice/webservice.wsdl (http://localhost/meritcrm/eware.dll/webservice/webservice.wsdl) and it returned valid XML.
After applying some CRM patches (up to 7.1m), when accessing any existing CRM transform it throws an error: "Error whilst loading transform definition.
Error - The IMan Connector Presenter Service session incurred an error.Access violation at address 1A7675DB in module 'eware.dll'. Read of address 00000000"
