Dick, I am going to assume the warning is coming from the 'detail' level of your transaction.
If I look at the Sage300 Object Model, you will see for G/L Journal Details Field 20 is Journal Date (TRANDATE) field, which is marked as a Date type.
Therefore the value of the field MUST be representative of a Date. I suspect you probably have the date in format YYYYMMDD, which is incorrect. You need to use the format MM/DD/YYYY or whatever the server locale is.

Hi, I am using a Sage 300 connector to import GL transactions and when I schedule the job this is the warning I get. When I look at the imported GL batch everything looks okay. My question is how do I identify Field ID 20. Note, I do have 15 optional field values assigned on each detailed transaction. I did change one of the optional fields to be a text field given that IMAN was using an Integer field but the warning message stayed the same.
