Jennifer, as it stands the integration doesn't support this.
(I am actually a bit surprised even you're able to do this through the UI).
We can add this functionality, but you are looking at a 3 week lead.
We're reviewed the Serial / Lot logic, you would also need to know the Lot Number to start allocating from (but you could pass in a fake value).

We are working on a project and we have a scenario where we use Auto Allocation for Lot Numbers at the time of shipment. If we do the functionality in Sage manually everything works fine. But when running in Iman, using the same Ship ALL functionality it is giving us an error that the Quantity Ordered is a different then the lot quantity allocated. It specifically says “Quantity and allocated lot numbers for item must be equal”.
