IDL, it is not possible to change the ENTERED by....at least through the Sage300 views.
This a read only field.
You could use a DB Writer after you have created the batch for forcefully update the value...but there is no provision through the views.

At the moment the "entered by" field in S300 (ie GL journals) is the user on the Iman job. (mainly ADMIN)
how can we get the actual person who is entering / creating the import spreadsheet to have his name in the "Entered By" field
They add their S300 ID in a field in the spreadsheet - can Iman use this and force the "Entered by" field to have their ID
Client is having a FIT as they are now losing their audits and no longer know who has entered what - all imports have the same user ID ??? (ADMIN)
So if any problems they have no idea who entered it !!!!!!!!!!!!
