The 'Allocate Serial/Lot Numbers' field on the detail level allows you to bypass allocation.
Create a new field, set its value to False and map it.

I am getting this error after turning on lot numbers for a few part numbers. If I manually enter the order though sage I don't have any issues, only when I run an IMan job do I get this
