CRM Error when inserting a new customer into Sage 300 (1 reply)

When I execute a customer import I am getting the following error. The customer is created in 300. The error only seems to occur on the insert, not an update. 

Thoughts?

Roger, this is indicating that you have the CRM integration activated, where the integration is failing.

If this is a test company, then we recommend you deactivate the CRM integration.
