You need to create an S/L Receipt (see screenshot).
And page 13 of the Sage200 User Guide lists how to create a payment or receipt document.

Does IMan 3.03 (latest version) include the option for Sales Payments and Purchase Receipts in to Sage 200? We’ve checked the Documentation included in 3.03, and an install of 3.0 we have loaded and cannot see either available on the Sage 200 transform.
