Alison, to answer:
- There is presently no functionality to print to the print spooler. This is really our design decision vs. any software limitation.
- Printing to PDF - Yes, if you unmap both the "Print Invoice" and "Printer Name" fields this will stop the invoice from being physically printed (or you could just set the "Print Invoice" field to false. And, irrespective of the method of printing (Export or Physical Print) the invoice will still be marked as printed.

I have a current integration which prints 2 invoices, the Sales Invoice in one company which is an intercompany invoice to the other company, and then the actual one that get sent out to the client from the other company.
They don’t want to actually print out the intercompany invoice, (currently a PDF is created and it is sent to the OKI printer there). They have requested that it just saves it in the Print Spooler in Sage 200. Is there a way of doing this within IMan? In standard Sage, there is the Setting in File -> choose Output mode which determines if it does to Preview, Spooler or Printer. But I am making the assumption that IMan has no knowledge of this.
If this isn’t possible, I assume if we allow it to still create the PDF in the Sage 200 Print invoice connector, but take away the printer name field it just won’t send it anywhere, but will still acknowledge it has printed? Or is there a more elegant way? I really haven’t done anything with the auto printing to date, hence I really don’t know.
