JFrench, if you are installing 4.1 and bumping into compatibility issues then you are probably trying to install onto an unsupported windows for version 4.1 (which is quite old).

Hello Iman team,

I have just installed Iman 4.1 to my server and when I try to open Iman I get this error. In the event viewer I have seen several different messages while testing this and trying to solve the issue
Cannot determine windows version, issues with the connection to the DB and the File service. Not sure if that will be helpful but any advice you have would be appreciated.
