... And now it seems to have fixed itself. I still have my MP4 video I just took which shows the issue ...
Randy, the issue is most likely memory pressure.
V5 uses .net 4.8.
There is a hard, non-settable limit where if the memory usage is 95%, the .net webservices will fail (to save memory).
If you reduce the amount of memory used (typically by setting an upper limit for SQL) then you will have sufficient memory for IMan.

Currently in my local IMan if you hover a connector in the Pallette you get the error "Unknown error occurred in callback"
This issue appears limited to the pallette. I noticed that if you don't move your mouse after you get the error, and you clear the error message via TAB-ing and hitting ENTER, you can still open the connector. It appears to only throw an error when the hover state starts.
