Michael, the only way presently is to:
a. Restart the server or;
b. Turn off job concurrency.
This feature has been completely reworked for the forthcoming release.

Hi,
I have seen a couple posts where this issue has not been resolved. Is there a solution when this error appears? We have restarted all servers (app and SQL) and the error still persists.
