IMan processing is broken by a MS windows server update KB5071544, issued 12/12/25.  It breaks MSMQ communication from IIS.

The IMan Error message in the designer is "Error writing log entry to message service for transform [dbReaderInitRun]. Error - Insufficient resources to perform operation."

Scheduled jobs simply do not start.

Our solution was to uninstall the windows update on the IMan computer - this resolved the issue.
