Erica, Is there a generic solution which you can post on the forum here? We had this error for one customer and were unable to get rid of it until we migrated to a new server and upgraded IMan.

We have recently started updating the majority of our client sites to Iman 5.x. Recently , here at EC Internet, we have had a few instances of the Iman license deactivating itself, leaving the trial license and its 15 record limit active. This has also happened for sites under DataQuest's watch.
Reactivation of the code seems to work but then randomly deactivates without any notice or user input.
Please let me know if this is a known issue and if a patch is in the works. We are having to manually check each site every few days to make sure the licsenses are still active.
