I've found that double clicking on the column edge (where you would drag wider) does it usually.

What's the best way to make the last column in a preview screen in the IMan 4.2 design window wider? Other columns you can drag the column border to the right, but with the last column it either only moves a small amount at a time, or sometimes cannot be widened at all.
