Recommend you enhance InStr() documentation for cases when needle not in haystack.  I'm sure many users utilize this function to test whether a substring exists in another string (as opposed to finding the actual position), and there is nothing explicit in the documentation about which value to expect.

Basically, I (incorrectly) assumed less than 0 was sufficient for false and want to stop other users from making the same mistake
