Uninstalling IMan

Moving IMan to another server? Deactivate the licence first

The licence is activated for one server. Before you uninstall IMan to move it, deactivate the licence in the Admin Console's License window. You can then activate it on the new server. See Upgrading & Deactivating.

To update IMan to a new build or version, do not uninstall or deactivate. Run the new installer over the existing installation.

To uninstall IMan:

1. In Windows Settings, open Apps > Installed apps. On older versions of Windows, open Programs and Features in the Control Panel.
2. Find Realisable IMan and click Uninstall.
3. Approve the Windows prompt.

The uninstall removes the IMan programs, services and Message Broker. It leaves the IMan folder's configuration file, Config\appconfig.xml, the licence file and your integration files in place. A later installation in the same folder picks them up again.
