Upgrading & Deactivating

Upgrading

You do not need to deactivate IMan to add to its licence.

1. In the License window, press Purchase. The Realisable portal opens in your browser with your licence's basket. Purchase is available when your licence can be extended online.
2. When you have completed the purchase, or when Realisable has added to your licence, press Refresh.

Deactivating

IMan's licence is activated for one server. To move IMan to another server, deactivate the licence on the old server first.

1. In the License window on the old server, press Deactivate.
2. License Status changes to Requiring Activation / Trial, and the registration details become available again.
3. On the new server, activate the licence. See Registering & Activation.

Machine Code

Realisable support may ask for the server's machine code. Press the key button at the bottom right of the License window. The Admin Console copies the machine code to the clipboard and shows it.
