The product upload touchpoint allows you to create/insert products in BigCommerce.

Update Handling

To update an existing product, the id of the BigCommerce product must be mapped. If the field is neither mapped nor has a value a new product will be generated.

The Product Id is typically obtained when creating the product. Mapping an empty field to the id field will catch the auto-generated id, where it can be written back to source solution/account system.

Fields

All writeable fields as part of the standard BigCommerce REST Product endpoint are available as fields on the connector.

Exceptions

1. The following child records are not supported: custom fields, bulk pricing rules, images, videos and variants.
