In this exercise you create a reader transform that reads an XML file, using
XmlDatasourceInput.xml from C:\IMan\InputData\Training.
The exercise¶
Build an integration that reads the training file and produces a two-level dataset (an Orders parent and an item child) by defining the entry point, the parent transaction type and its children.

It covers setting up the XML Reader, creating the parent transaction type and creating the children.
Background¶
Unlike the CSV, Database, Excel and SageCRM readers, the Xml Reader does not parse its input to work out the schema. You have to describe the document to it, and most of this exercise is that description. Read IMan Xml Parsing before you start.
