Error Handling

Error handling is the action IMan takes when an error occurs.

This section walks the user through what to do next.

Reject Record

Without exception, IMan will reject the erroneous record, and continue to process any accurate records.

Known Error Messages

Important

These records WILL be stored in the IMan Archive; Concur WILL show the expense as closed.

Select the relevant error:

• Invalid Tax Code
• Invalid G/L or Nominal Code

Unkown Error Messages

Important

These records will NOT be imported into IMan, even though Concur WILL show the expense as closed!
