400 Errors

401 Unauthorised

This message indicates that the user was authenticated but it doesn't have permission to some resources. Please review the web service user setup.

403 Forbidden

This message indicates that a user was not authenticated. It could be that they have entered an incorrect user name or password. Or that the user is not a valid we services user.

Important

All other 400 errors should be dealt with by Concur.
