Prerequisites¶
Install System Prerequisites¶
The following section describes system software and windows components that will be enabled during the installation.
We highly recommend that IMan is installed on a Server (2008 R2, 2012, 2016 or 2019) product for live deployments.
Important
Windows Small Business Server or Windows Essential Server are not supported.
Server Virtualisation¶
Official virtualisation.
Database Requirements & Support¶
IMan has a light SQL database requirement; used for storing of log data and settings.
IMan Client Requirements¶
IMan's workstation and web browser requirements.
.Net Framework Requirements¶
.NET Framework 4.8 is required and may need to be installed separately, depending on the target operating system.
An error will be displayed during the initial part of the installation routine if .net 4.8 is not detected and the install will abort.
