Updates an order’s status or adds comments to an order. It is typically used with the Order Download to flip an order’s status once it has either been processed into the target system.

Field Mapping

The connector supports both the ability to fully ship orders by mapping only the header fields, or can part ship orders by mapping both the header and line item fields.

Header Fields

Field	Mandatory	Purpose
Increment_id	Yes	This is the Magento Increment/Order Id
Order Number Reference	No	The target systems order number.
New Magento Status	No	The new status of the order.
Comment	No	Adds a comments to the order.
Notify	No	Will generate a status change email to the ordering customer.
