Magento shipment fails with: "Cannot do shipment for order." (2 replies)

There are a few reasons why Magento couldn't ship the order, all of them would have required somebody to modify the order directly in Magento outside of IMan's control.
The most common occurrences are:
1) The order numbers don't exist in Magento, the order numbers are usually in the source column.
2) The order has already been shipped and cannot be shipped again.
3) The order could have been refunded.
You'll need to log into Magento and check each of the orders that IMan has had an issue with
Closed due to inactivity.
When attempting to create a shipment using the Magento connector the shipment fails with:
XmlRpcFaultException: Error whilst processing Shipment record. The entry will be discarded. - Server returned a fault exception: [102] Cannot do shipment for order.
