POP3 Servers

This screen is used to configure the POP3 server(s) used for any inbound mail related function such as:

• Email IO Controller
  • Used to read emails (either containing the data) or their attachments directly from a POP3 mailbox.
• Email Task
  • Used to either retrieve emails to save attachments or delete emails from a POP3 mailbox.

IMan presently supports authentication with either standard POP3 mailboxes or Office365 mailboxes.

ID

The unique Id for the server.

Description

A useful description of the server to appear within the POP3 drop downs throughout IMan.

Authentication Type

IMan supports

• POP3 Servers
  • The mailbox is hosted on a mailbox which is not
• Office365 POP3 Server
  • The mailbox is hosted through through Office365. When selected you must have configured an app through Office365. See Azure App Configuration for details.
